Vicky Shackley
Director/Care Consultant
For over 30 years, I have been immersed in the care sector, a journey deeply rooted in my family's history of service.
I began my career in a care home at the age of 15, inspired by my mum who served in the ambulance service for 33 years and my grandma who worked in home care. Growing up surrounded by the Health and Social Care sector, I developed a fervent passion to help people and make positive differences in their lives.
At 18, I followed my calling and joined the ambulance service, a job I thoroughly enjoyed.
However, after nine years, family commitments necessitated a change. During this period, I volunteered at my children's school while pursuing an Honors degree in Health and Social Care with the Open University.
During my Honours Degree I started working in a small Care Home, where my fate was sealed and ignited further my passion for Care homes and what I could achieve and support people to lead fulfilling and safe lives.
Throughout my career, my unwavering passion has been to provide Person-Centered Care of the highest quality. I am driven by the desire to make a meaningful difference in people's lives, helping them realize their potential and enhancing their overall well-being. This commitment to excellence and compassionate care continues to inspire and guide me every day.

Tamara Beaumont
Director/Care Consultant
For the past 18 years, I have dedicated my career to the Care Sector, embarking on an enriching journey that began as an Administrator in a Care Home. Over the years, I have embraced a variety of roles, each contributing to my growth and expertise in delivering exceptional care.
I started my path as an Administrative Assistant, where I honed my organizational skills and developed a keen understanding of the inner workings of a care facility. This role laid a strong foundation for my subsequent evolution into a Care Assistant. In this capacity, I experienced firsthand the profound impact of compassionate care on the lives of individuals, reinforcing my commitment to the sector.
As I progressed to the role of Team Leader, I gained valuable leadership skills, managing and motivating a dedicated team of care professionals.
My responsibilities expanded further when I became a Deputy Manager, where I played a pivotal role in the operational aspects of the care home, ensuring that the highest standards of care were consistently met.
My journey culminated in my current position as a Registered Manager. In this role, I oversaw the entire care home, integrating my extensive experience and deep passion for Person-Centered Care into every decision and action. I am dedicated to fostering an environment where individuals receive high-quality care tailored to their unique needs and preferences.
