This course introduces the concept of stress and its impact on mental and physical health. Participants will explore the common causes of stress, how it manifests in daily life, and effective techniques to manage it. The course includes practical strategies such as mindfulness, time management, and relaxation exercises. Additionally, participants will learn how to recognize stress in others and provide support. By the end, learners will feel equipped to foster resilience and well-being in themselves and their environments.
£250 a session for 12 learners plus VAT
