This course offers an overview of pressure ulcer prevention and maintaining skin integrity. Participants will learn about risk factors, early signs of pressure damage, and effective interventions. Topics include proper positioning, the use of specialized equipment, and the role of nutrition in skin health. The training also covers collaborative care planning to reduce risks and improve outcomes. This foundational knowledge is vital for caregivers in reducing the incidence of pressure ulcers and enhancing patient comfort.
£250 a session for 12 learners plus VAT
