Food Hygiene Level 2

This advanced course expands on foundational food hygiene principles, focusing on compliance with food safety regulations and implementing HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) systems. Participants will learn about foodborne illnesses, cross-contamination risks, and the importance of personal hygiene. The training includes practical case studies and assessments to help learners maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in food preparation and storage environments.

£400 a session for 12 learners plus VAT
